This system makes it possible to analyse and document filters (on which particles have been collected after the cleaning process). The system is so flexible that it can process different kinds of filter material (e.g. paper, Teflon, polyester grid). Thanks to the integration of modern hardware and software components, the user gets a tool with which - depending on the version - the necessary steps are ergonomically optimised and accelerated, right through to total automation!

All the devices in this product family are standard-compliant (VDA Vol. 19, ISO 16232, ISO 4406 as well as company standards), offer outstanding user comfort and feature high-precision components for maximum measurement accuracy and reproducibility. Not only that, but the Stereo model is the only product in its class to offer one particularly exciting advantage: It combines binocular-based stereo 3D viewing with the measurement accuracy of a high-resolution light microscope!

And thanks to the innovative LED lighting technologies (combined with polarizing filters), software-based image optimization algorithms and automatic analysis processes, you can work very ergonomically in all your day-to-day activities. At dhs, you will always find the right system for your needs: from the Advanced interactive version (for small sample volumes and/or larger particles) to the Professional model (for large sample volumes and/or miniscule particles) right up to our high-end Stereo system! As an entry-level solution we are providing a further option, the version Scan. Herewith you are able to run professional analyses with a lowest invest (...and later you can replace the scanner without any problems with the hardware components of one of the above mentioned dhs-Cleanalyzer models).

All versions are providing the possibility for an integration into the dhs Image Data Base, which has been extremely well established on the microscopy and imaging markets for more than fifteen years and is conspicuous by its ease of use. For a structured archiving and automatic reporting. If required we can supply matching PC systems, as well as on-site installations and a Service Package for annual device maintenance and calibration.
