To get you off to a good start with the dhs Image Data Base, we recommend having a system installed at your company. On a pre-arranged date, one of our engineers (or one of our salespartners) will come to your company and put your new imaging software into service.
This includes setting up the PC and its accessories, putting it into operation (if you ordered the PC from us) or configuring your current computer, and connecting the PC to the network (if required). The engineer will also integrate and install the image source(s).
We also provide a brief tutorial for the users. They are shown the major hardware and software components and familiarised with the basic structure and features of the dhs Image Data Base.
